Quincaillerie Richmond gift cards and their balance are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
When returning merchandise paid for with a Quincaillerie Richmond gift card, the reimbursement of the said merchandise will be made with a new gift card even if a balance remains on the gift card used at the time of purchase.
Quincaillerie Richmond promotional cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, as they are only offered by Quincaillerie Richmond from time to time.
The amount of any Quincaillerie Richmond promotional card can be applied to purchases made in any of the Quincaillerie Richmond stores before the expiration of the said card.
When returning merchandise paid for with a Quincaillerie Richmond promotional card, the refund of the said merchandise will be made with a Quincaillerie Richmond gift card.
When returning merchandise carrying Quincaillerie Richmond promotional card rights, the refund of the said merchandise will be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase and the Quincaillerie Richmond promotional card must be returned to Quincaillerie Richmond and must not have been used. By failing to return to Quincaillerie Richmond the said unused promotional card, its sum will be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned merchandise. Details in store.
